AssureSignCorporate is the core component of the complete AssureSign LLC product line. It allows users to simply upload documents to AssureSign servers for processing. If a document needs to be signed by multiple signatories located in multiple locations, you may utilize AssureSignCorporate to secure electronic signatures from all signatories in one step (Parallel Method) or in a particular sequence (Series Method). You may instruct the system to issue messages to you via e-mail when a signatory receives the document, when he or she signs it, and when it is sent to the next signatory. You also can limit the life of your document by using an expiration date and issuing time-remaining warnings to signatories. In addition, the signing process may be protected by multiple layers of security, including the use of passwords to control access to sensitive documents.
