David W. Brinkman, Chief Executive Officer
David W. Brinkman, who has been an entrepreneur in the technology industry since 1985, served as a computer programmer for Health Technologies and project manager at Virtual Technologies Inc. before co-founding AssureSign LLC’s two sister companies Marketing Systems Group, Inc. and 3PV. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer of each company, both have grown exponentially since their inception. Building on the highly successful track record of these two companies, David co-founded Assuresign LLC in January 2008. To launch this latest corporate venture, he has been involved in the development of some of the most innovative applications available in electronic signature software. In his spare time, David is a golfer and a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight. He is married with two children.
Dale W. Combs, President/Chief Technical Officer
Dale W. Combs co-founded AssureSign LLC in January 2008 and its two sister companies prior to that. A 30-year veteran of the information technology industry, Combs had held many prestigious positions, including director of research at EBS Inc.; director of research at Travelers Insurance Company; vice president of software development at Virtual Technologies Inc.; and co-owner and president of Assuresign LLC’s sister company Marketing Systems Group Inc., a software development company specializing in legacy telecommunications systems integration. Dale holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of the Institute of Computer Science. He is married with two daughters.
Steven Cardillo, Chief Financial Officer
Steven Cardillo - who brings more than 15 years of corporate finance, accounting, and compliance experience to AssureSign LLC -- manages all areas of the company’s financial operations. Prior to joining the company, he was the Director of Finance at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, a publicly traded hospitality company. Prior to that, he held the same position at Metavante Banking Solutions, a banking software and professional services organization. Earlier in his career, Steven worked as a Corporate Controller for several large service and manufacturing firms. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
Larry Torri, Vice President of Sales
A veteran sales leader in telecommunication technologies, Larry is responsible for implementing sales strategies and managing sales efforts for AssureSign LLC. Larry joined the company from Nortel, where he was regional sales leader for Contact Center solutions. Prior to Nortel, he spent eight years with technology start-ups offering solutions focused on VoIP, billing and operational support solutions, and designing and leading sales efforts. Larry also held regional sales management positions at Aspect Communications and Fujitsu Business Communications Systems. He started his career with 12 years at Siemens Information Systems in various sales, sales training, and sales management roles. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Florida Atlantic University and is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University.
