President & Chief Executive Officer
David W. Brinkman has been an entrepreneur in the technology space since 1985, having served as a computer programmer for Health Technologies and a project manager at Virtual Technologies Inc. before co-founding AssureSign LLC’s two sister companies, Marketing Systems Group, Inc. and Third Party Verification, Inc. (3PV). Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer of both companies, both have grown exponentially since their inception. Building on the highly successful track record of these two companies, David co-founded AssureSign LLC in January 2008. To launch this latest corporate venture, he has been involved in the development of some of the most innovate applications available in the electronic signature software industry.
Donald Kratt, CTO
Don is the Chief Technology Officer at AssureSign, and in this role, he is responsible for Compliance and solution. In 2003, Donald was brought in to AssureSign’s sister company, 3PV, to oversee the Software Engineering operations of both companies. He was instrumental in the AssureSign architecture and constructed the engineering team. In addition, he continues to oversee the telephony and software applications of the 3PV company. Previously, Donald worked at other software companies, including the development of legal industry software applications at Equitrac and insurance automation products at Applied Systems.
Dave Madison, COO
Dave serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AssureSign, and his been with the company for over 10 years. In this role he is responsible for the firm's operations that spans, Finance & Accounting, Compliance, Software Development, Client Services, along with Sales & Marketing. Dave joined AssureSign in 2007, and was accountable for managing the Software Quality Assurance group for both AssureSign and her sister company, 3PV. He grew within the company to also manage Client Services, Project Management, Audit and Call Center Operations. Dave has worked in both hardware and software markets ranging from the US Air Force, the entertainment industry at Sea World of Florida, the telecommunications industry at Geotek Communications, business and legal software at Equitrac and enterprise software development at Veritas and Symantec.
Courtney Schickel, CRO
Courtney is the Chief Revenue Officer of AssureSign with over 15 years experience and an accomplished track record for fast growth and management in healthcare information technology. Courtney began a career in sales and marketing at Ingenious Med, Inc. Originally hired as a senior sales executive, she was later tapped for a position as vice president of sales. After serving in that role and achieving accelerated growth, Courtney transitioned to vice president of marketing before accepting a senior VP position with Vyne Corporation three years later.
Director of Software Engineering
As the Director of Software Engineering, Mike leads a problem solving development team. With innovation at the forefront of the solution, Mike ensures that new capabilities are instituted. His passion for programming and development to work for AssureSign and its previous sister company, 3PV since 2005. For nearly two decades, he has transitioned businesses in the technology sector to smarter digital solutions. Prior to AssureSign, Mike worked for Cru, where he transformed existing paper reporting processes into a globally deployed digital solution. Mike then brought his programming expertise to AssureSign, where he ultimately stepped into a development leadership role. He currently leads our team of developers as AssureSign’s Director of Software Engineering, devising innovative and creative digital document signing solutions. Originally from South Africa, Mike attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
Michelle Reape, Director of Marketing
Michelle Reape serves as the Director of Marketing at AssureSign. In this role, she leads the marketing strategy, which includes: digital, social media, content creation, public and media relations, and campaigns. Michelle has more than a decade’s experience developing marketing campaigns, brand, and social media strategies. In addition, Michelle has expertise in managing marketing initiatives such as analyst relations programs, advertising, corporate communications, web and print content development, and traditional public relations. Michelle is the 2017 Technology of Georgia (TAG) Young Professionals, One In A Millennial Marketing and Social Media Leader award recipient. She also is the co-chair for the TAG Marketing Society, and on the alumni board at Clayton State University.
Andrea Schwartz, Director of Client Services
Andrea joined the AssureSign team in 2011 after a ten-year stint in the financial sector. Andrea develops relationships in managing our Client Onboarding, Training, and Services and Project Management divisions. Prior to joining our team, Andrea served as the Client Services Director at Worldwide Interactive Services, where she spearheaded many projects aimed at client service quality and improvement. Before bringing her passion of customer service to the client services realm, Andrea worked as a Project Management Leader and on the process improvement analysis team at some of the most prominent corporations in the financial industry, including Bank of America and Fiserv.
