SaxonMG provides auto insurance to consumers in the Cayman Islands, and was looking to streamline the policy process by providing its client base with a simpler, more efficient means of authorizing documents in an entirely paperless environment. AssureSign’s electronic signature solution enabled SaxonMG to keep the entire process online, as clients are able to complete all documents from their home or office. Additionally, SaxonMG was able to eliminate paper internally, as clients signing documents face-to-face now sign using a pad at the agent’s desk.
AssureSign’s Web-services enable SaxonMG to embed electronic signatures into their Accenture Software policy administration application for seamless integration into their existing business process. Once the signed document is returned to the sender, it is stored as an attachment in the client’s account in the Accenture system.
