Summer 2017 has certainly been a busy one for your favorite eSign vendor. We’ve traveled to MS Build, MSDW’s Innovation, MS Inspire, The Dwyer Group’s Reunion, and most recently Applied Net to meet a diverse range of business needs with viable eSignature solutions.
We’re continuing the expo momentum right into the Fall, kicking the season off with the annual event hosted by one of our favorite partners: Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG). CRMUG Summit is quite a unique extension of Microsoft, as the group is propelled “by users, for users.” The concept of its annual Summit conference generates a platform for users of Microsoft’s CRM, Dynamic 365, to come, learn, teach, and network.
Next week, we’ll be heading to Music City to see some old friends and foster new relationships while bringing the power of our eSignature to Dynamics users. We’re looking forward to some of the things we’ve come to expect from CRMUG along with some things new to 2017:
Networking: Networking with fellow Dynamics users continues to be one of our favorite aspects of CRMUG Summit. Collaboration and user group discussions enable us to better understand key drivers behind business needs… The more we understand our consumer’s needs, the better we can meet them!
Learning: CRMUG Summit will have countless sessions within the umbrella of 18 different learning tracks! Tracks—cloud, marketing, BI & reporting, configuration, etc.—help segregate session topics based on use case, need, or industry, making the selection process easy for attendees. What we immediately notice among CRMUG’s tracks is the diversity of topics. Whether you’re a developer, a marketing manager, or CRM end user, there’s something for you at Summit! CRMUG even offers a “Pre-Conference Academy,” providing hands-on training for popular Dynamics functionalities.
Product Session: This year’s product session will be a “can’t miss” exploration on personalizing customer engagement by nurturing every touchpoint in the customer’s journey. Param Kahlon is scheduled to discuss how current and coming Dynamics innovation enable personalization and will delve into the benefits of utilizing data and AI in business practice. Some other promising aspects of his address include customer success stories, mobile Dynamics integrations, and key brand differentiators.
New Products: One of the most exciting things about attending an annual event held by Microsoft is the opportunity to see what’s coming down the product pipeline. CRMUG Summit is when many software developers and users announce plans for new productions or products! Moreover, this is prime time to bring questions and product recommendations directly to an application or product’s developer!
Centennial Summit: Summit is all grown up! Celebrating its 10th birthday, CRMUG Summit should be more exciting this year than ever before! With its innovation indulgence and topic diversity, this year’s event will be one for the record books!
