We’re thrilled to announce that, for the second consecutive year, AssureSign has been recognized as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For! Remaining virtually unaltered from years prior, the independent methodology of screening, evaluating, and selecting winners from an array of entries yielded just over 100 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2020. This year, we will again join some of our fellow enterprises like Goodwill, Cox & Company, T-Mobile USA, City of Atlanta, WellStar Health Systems, and other companies with high marks in maintaining a quality (and healthy) workforce and innovative product offerings in receiving the Best and Brightest recognition.
However, while much of this year’s process remained unaltered from years past, two significant augmentations were enlisted to the independent evaluating research firm’s criteria for screening entries, reviewing nominees, and prescribing winners. Each of the two additional criteria focalize on how businesses navigated two largely abnormal events and resulting sets of circumstances in 2020:
1. Successful adaptions during an ongoing pandemic fueled by the novel coronavirus
2. Advocating for equality and championing leadership during a racially and culturally divisive epoch
“Through the first half of 2020, the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For have demonstrated leadership and forward thinking as they pivoted their business and workforce during Covid-19. As the conversation and focus has shifted, our Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important actions regarding race. It is in these unique times the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For excel and share their knowledge with others.”-Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of Best and Brightest Programs.
Nominees are evaluated not only on these two newly introduced standards, but also on the traditional key measures that’ve historically comprised the criterion, including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business, Medium Business and Large Business.
At AssureSign, we work extremely hard to create and foster a rewarding, transparent, empathic, diverse, and compassionate workplace for ourselves and for the entire AssureSign team. It is satisfying to see continued appreciation emanate from our employees while holding us in high regard as their trusted employer.
“It was over 20 years ago that AssureSign (formerly 3PV) pioneered the modern eSigning landscape as the first provider to go-to-market with a digital verification product—one that would go on to shape eSignature as we know it today. It was at that now two-decade old inception when we declared that investing in our employees and maintaining positive company culture would forever be a cornerstone of our business. I’m proud to say that thanks to our leadership’s hard work and dedication, we’ve kept our word all these years and continue to invest in every member of our professional family.”
