AssureSign E-Signature User Experience Enhanced with Latest Product Release

New version introduces new user interface and signing capabilities

Orlando, Fla., February 13, 2012 — AssureSign LLC, a leader in electronic signature software, today announced the official release of the latest offering of its AssureSign product, AssureSign v3.2. With this new release, AssureSign delivers a higher degree of usability and customization, as well as improved enveloping capabilities. These enhancements are primarily a direct result of input from our rapidly expanding domestic and international customer base.

AssureSign is a web-hosted and on-premise software application that facilitates the capture of electronic signatures on any document in an all-digital, highly secure environment. AssureSign v3.2 features an improved envelope template management interface and enveloping capabilities, enabling users to more easily combine documents to be signed into envelopes.

Changes to signing interfaces allow a signer of multiple documents in an envelope to sign all in a single session, and to receive a single signing invitation. Additionally, modifications to DocumentTRAK, AssureSign’s document tracking tool, support passing of envelope attributes and allow for multiple document transfers, providing additional reporting information on documents belonging to envelopes.

Another significant enhancement in AssureSign v3.2 is the ability to include Checkbox and Radio Button locations on documents for signature. This feature gives document creators the ability to gather additional information during the signing process, and is a valuable tool for AssureSign users in industries such as insurance, financial services, human resources, and more. AssureSign v3.2 also boasts a complete overhaul of document template design pages. The improved process provides easier navigation and the ability to design new, complex JotBlocks (including radio buttons, checkboxes and dropdown selections) more quickly and in a more intuitive interface.
