Electronic signature software provider, AssureSign, today announced the hiring of Dianna George to the newly-created position of general manager of global insurance solutions. In her role, George will direct operations and support for AssureSign’s insurance industry customers, and will lead strategic business development efforts within the insurance vertical. She will report to AssureSign’s Vice President of Sales, Larry Torri.
George joins AssureSign after a15-year tenure with global insurance brokerage firm HUB International, where she worked as IT site manager and operations advisor for seven of the company’s agencies across North America. For more than a decade, George has also been as a prominent member of the Applied Client Network, the world’s largest group of educators and advocates for users of Applied Systems Software. George served as president of the Ontario chapter of Applied Client Network for four terms, while also performing as a lead member of the Canadian industry solutions committee for three terms.
“Dianna has spent nearly two decades as an insurance industry technologist and operations manager, giving her the depth and know-how to deliver unbeatable client service to our insurance industry customers,” said David Brinkman, AssureSign president and CEO. “We’re extremely well-positioned to continue as the leading e-signature provider for insurance agents worldwide.”
George’s hiring comes on the heels of a spike in the number of new AssureSign customers in the insurance vertical, including Knight Insurance Group, which deployed electronic signature in May of this year, subsequently cutting average client policy return times in half. AssureSign remains the primary choice in electronic signature among buyers in the insurance sector because of its flexible pricing model, on-premise, cloud and hybrid deployment options, robust security, and its award-winning customer service. Aside from growth in the insurance agent customers, AssureSign is experiencing a record volume of electronic signature transactions as a result of the company’s upgraded mobile application and the launch of its small business product, InScribe.
“AssureSign is well-known among insurers as the most trusted, secure and reliable provider of electronic signature for agents and brokerages,” said George. “I’m pleased to be joining this excellent team, and I’m eager to provide best-in-industry service to AssureSign’s growing base of insurance customers.”
